Order Process

  • Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • All orders are delivered from each brand’s warehouse to Recream’s Warehouse in South Korea and then delivered to each customer by air : DHL. (If the brand’s warehouse is out of stock, the whole or part of the order might be canceled : We will notice on e-mail at this time)
  • When all products are shipped to customers, you will receive an order-confirmed mail with the tracking number.

Canceling an Order

Our Processes fill order extremely quick, so time for change or cancellations is very short. If you want to request the cancellation of your order, you should request as soon as possible to us until it is released from each brand company. If you request after releasing by each brand, we can’t help you to cancel an order of you.

If you ask about cancellation by e-mail, we’ll answer after checking the order status.

Canceling to order or Partial Cancellation

Customers who have purchased several products should be aware of the partial cancellation. We do our best to provide products to our customers, but if there is no stock due to the high demand of each brand, it can be automatically canceled. In this case, we don't charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges related to it. However, if your order includes other items, taxes and shipping for that part of your order are still charged.

We ship only within the U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping is available on orders of $149 USD(the amount excluding customs and taxes) or over.

Recream is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Recream is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.

We do not accept PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for delivery.

If you set up your shipping address as one of these deliveries mentioned, it may be difficult for us to track your package and verify that it has been delivered properly.
